Dispatching of complete cases to filing department after cases are processed and entered in MIS.

Collecting emails of clearances from 8 different departments and follow-up of clearance until received.
Arrangement of retirement documents and follow-up of documents until completed.
Making of checklists and attaching checklists on cases.
Sending breakup of Provident fund amounts and Staff Loan amounts to their relevant departments.
Replying queries on phone calls and emails.
