• Bidding/Tendering (Technical bid details, Financial Bid details, Process of bidding and tendering )
• Collaboration with General Manager, Client and Public Administrators.
• Analyse the project scope and blueprints.
• Preliminary construction cost and estimation.
• Project scheduling using Ms-Project.
• Procurement of manpower and material required.
• Ensuring proper distribution of tasks to all project team members and sub-contractors.
• Monitoring project at different phases.
• Material Testing like sieve analysis, steel strength test, compressive strength of concrete, brick test.
• Complies with safety at all stages.
• Bill of quantities.
• Ensure proper closeout of project including final documentation to client.

• Planning using Oracle Based Planning Software
• Study blueprints of the project by the architecture.

• Recruitment of manpower and resources.

• Time estimation of the project using MS-Project.
