I. Updating emails and responsing staff and managers in time.
II. Coordinating all program staff for the smooth operation management.
III. Assessing the financial documents of clients/companies.
IV. Collecting and assessing all relevant data from companies financial statements and process that into software.
V. Ensuring all relevant information from companies documents has been posted to application.
VI. Meeting all my targets on timely basis

Assistance with senior finance staff for:

I. Ensuring that all transactions are posted into Quick Books (a well-known financial accounting software) and being regularly updated.
II. Preparation of bank reconciliations.
III. Co-ordinate promptly with program staff for the smooth operation management.
IV. Assist for compliance with Bedari Field Staff and Bedari National Office for policies and procedures in financial and administrative matters.
V. Process all documentation for approval of expenditure.
VI. Coordinate with Admin department for events management
VII. Maintain the project administration and ensure that all required documents are properly filled to support the internal audit process
VIII. Excessive use of Quickbooks software with Double entry, Bank reconciliation and closing of payables, advances and receivables on monthly basis.
