• Plan operational route for the success of incubation process with include the incubation
• Develop contact through building linkages with industry experts and entrepreneurs
• Coordination with startups of the ICCBS.
• Develop linkages with investors who will be investing in the projects of incubates • Suggest the commercialization of the ideas’ of incubates
• Manage the entire ICCBS Technology Park and Technology Incubation Center’s Advisory board panel and Advisory board meetings.
• Arrange and Manage team event activities, seminars including administrative arrangement of guest for event/seminar for incubates
• Connect Startups and bootstrapped companies with the Industry and Academia.
• Attend different competitions and seminar/sessions as judge and speaker • Connect startups and bootstrapped companies with national or international ecosystem
• Arrange mentors, motivational speakers and Industry experts for startup mentoring.
• Develop Marketing strategies for ICCBS Technology Park and Technology Incubation Center, designing of brochures, standees, social media activities and video-recording.
• Arrange mentors, motivational speakers and Industry experts for startup mentoring.
• Develop internal system for payments and administrative work • Arrange Sessions of different mentors and guest speakers for incubates
• arrange visits of different chambers, industries and ministers to facilitate incubates to create new liaisons • Establish social media platforms for ICCBS Technology park
• Attend different session as a guest speaker to motivate the new incubates
• Attend and evaluate new incubates proposal, pitches and ideas • Arrange Advisory board meeting and making minutes of the meeting
• Work on Artificial intelligence project which is approved by Ministry of Science and Technology.

 Working on Various Research based fund Projects & Capacity building activities for staff and
students.
 Promoting the development of Public Private Partnerships in support of University Community,
link the university’s research community with needs and priority of corporate sector.
 Arranging of funding / grant for projects (from pilot to commercial viability)
 Administration and Logistic –arranging industrial visits for students and faculty members.
 Arrange and Manage team event activities, seminars including administrative arrangement of
guest for event/seminar.
 Communication and Marketing for ORIC-JUW, designing of brochures, standees, social media
activities and video-recording.
 Worked on ORIC Internal Funded projects which ORIC-JUW awarded 14 faculty members
Seed Grant.
 Worked as a focal person for Higher Education commission from ORIC Jinnah University for
Women.
