This involves giving a presentation about Cheetay, giving test to the graduating students, making an aggregate of CGPA & test scores; calling the shortlisted candidates, scheduling their interviews, maintaining database, and placing offers to the shortlisted ones. Last year we hired 08 Fresh Graduates from GIKI, UET, FAST, FCC, GC, etc. and this year we are hoping to hire 30. Apart from this, I have performed end-to-end recruitment of multiple positions, like, Software Engineers, SQA Engineers, DevOps Engineer, Product Managers, Manager Talent Acquisition, Finance Managers, Product Designers, AM HR, AM Marketing, AM ERP, Business Analysts, Graphic Designers, Finance Executives, Category Executives, Customer Experience Executives, Interns, etc. I was a part of the closing of 60+ management-grade positions. I have scheduled 490 interviews since the month of February 2022 for 100+ positions.
I was working as an intern in the Human Resources department of Cheetay Logistics (Pvt) Limited. My basic tasks were related to talent acquisition. I used to post jobs on Linkedin and Rozee for Cheetay Logistics. Sometimes, for finding the appropriate candidates, I had to perform headhunting too. After both these, I used to get a pool of candidates. Then, I used to screen those candidates. After screening, I scheduled them for interviews. The last task that I used to perform in the chain of these tasks was to update the database of the candidates.
