It was a one year contract job, I assumed the responsibility of HR professional in almost all departments/core functions of HR in OGDCL head office. I worked in Coordination department where i almost disposed off 1000 degree verification cases of current employees in 3 months duration, I worked in personal section where i worked on personal/service files of employees. I processed Retirement cases, Ex-Pakistan cases, Leave record and leave encashment management. Worked in CSR cases in field office sukkur.
