Lead & Manage TAC Department of dinCloud to ensure on-time, Planned, effective technical support services to the corporate clients.
NETWORK OPERATIONs:
§  Manage Enterprise Customer’s Network including 150+ Cisco ASAv firewalls. 25+ firewalls in HA. Active/Active and Active/Standby state.
§  On-demand access-list and DMZ’s for Enterprise Customer’s Security.
§  Deployment and configuration of NAT/PAT.
§  Working experience on different firewalls vendor including Fortinet, Palto Alto, Sonic Wall, Watchguard, Sophos, Firepower and Meraki.
§  Configuration and management of Context based firewalls.
§  On demand deployment of transparent firewalls in Customer’s Network.
§  Content filtering using webtitan.
§  Configuration of traffic policy (QoS).
§  Configuration of Radius and TACACS+.
§  Troubleshoot network problems, provision and troubleshoot customers’ VPNs.
o    Site-to-Site VPN
o    DMVPN
o    Flex/SSL VPN
o    AnyConnect VPN.
§  Ensure the connectivity & availability of IP/MPLS Core network for major customers.
§  Routing protocols static, ospf, eigrp and bgp.
§  CIS benchmarking networking devices including firewalls, routers and switches.
§  Working on NetScaler as a Load Balancer.
§  Configuration and management of Data Center network elements including ASRs and 3849, 6506E, Nexus 5548, 3750 series switches and ASAs 5520, ASAv, Vyatta Firewall at 5 Data Centers LA, Chicago, Singapore, Lahore, Dublin in Equinix facility.
 
 
 

Sr.Cloud Engineer
Major Responsibilities:
• 24 X 7 Production Support and Monitoring to Ensure a Proactive Problem Recognition and Resolution of System and Network Issues
• Manage and monitor SLAs for uptime and performance of core Infrastructure
• Monitoring Configuration and Management of Zabbix based on SNMP.
• System and Network Administration.
• Deployment of Domain Controller, Active Directory, Proxy Server, DHCP, DNS.
• Familiar with ESXi and KVM hypervisors.
• Configuration & Management of Virtualization Infrastructure using VMware & dinCenter(KVM Console).
• Familiar with CEPH, SSD and NetApp Storages.
• Managing and maintaining daily/weekly backups for VDIs and Servers.
• Familiar with Dell vWorkspace (Desktop Virtualization Software).
• Deployment of Virtual Firewalls (Cisco ASAv & Vyatta).
• Configuring and troubleshooting VPN.

Major Responsibilities:
 Monitoring, troubleshooting and configuration of Corporate Network and Corporate Customer Support and provide maximum uptime to the customer.
CISCO & JUNIPER DEVICES
• Hands on experience of Cisco devices including 5300, 3600, 3500, 2800, 2600, 1800, 1700 Series Routers and 2900, 3500 Series Switches.
• Hands on experience on Juniper devices comprising of J6350 and M7i.
• Implementing access lists for network security, policies for bandwidth management of traffic.
• Familiar with routing protocols like OSPF, MPLS and BGP.
• Deployment of VLANs and Tunnels.
• Configuring of Wireless links using Static routing.
POINT-TO-POINT/MULTIPOINT LINKS
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and configuration of Point-to Point and Multipoint links
• Familiar with the installation of Aperto, AFAR, Airaya, AimaxIP and Ubiquiti devices.
SATELLITE LINKS
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and configuration of iDirect, SCPC VSAT and YAHCLICK links.
• Familiar with VSAT modems comprising SDM-300, CDM-600, CDM-570.
• Familiar with iDirect 3000 Series satellite routers.

WIMAX LINKS
• Monitoring, troubleshooting and configuration of Wimax links.
• Integrating Wimax customers through VLANs with Augere Pakistan-Qubee’s Network.
• Familiar with the installation of Wimax indoor and outdoor CPEs.

MONITORING TOOLS
• Configuration and Management of SolarWinds Orion Network Performance Monitor and PRTG based on SNMP.
• iMonitor for monitoring and iBuilder for configuration of iDirect links.
