EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION
• Responsible for the production of Bubble and Chew Toffee manufacturing plants with an overall capacity of 40 tons per day.
• Excellent Leadership, Motivation Skills, resource management/communication skills.
• Enabled proper utilization of resources consisting of 200 workers on shift basis, regarding their best allocation and utilizing their skills increasing machines efficiently for maximum quality output.
• To run smooth production in normal situations & alternate Backup plan in complicated/unusual situation in co-ordination with other supporting departments like Quality Assurance, Research & development, Administration, Engineering and utilities.
• Keeping smooth Production operation with all quality Parameters, according daily and monthly requirement, focusing on shortages and SKU compliance.
• In conjunction with the engineering department planning of the preventive maintenance and follow up on pending job.
• Maintaining Daily Production Charts, Production Summary, Shift Summary Report (on shift basis) & GMP\'s.
• Leads and/or participates in the Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Directed the operations activities within a production area to achieve the production goals: cost, quality, time and safety.
• Planed, organizes, supervised and implements manufacturing procedures in accordance with Quality Assurance methods, new technologies, organization strategies Ensured that all the safety and quality measures are adhered to in a production process.
