Responsible for smooth Operation of 2-Direct fire absorptions Chillers, 3-
Condenser line, and 2-Chilled line primary and 3-Chilled line secondary Pumps,
82-AHUs, 160-FCUs, 2-Cooling towers 3-Denfoss VFDs and there relevant
Electrical panels.
o Responsible for Corrective & Scheduled preventive Maintenance of Chillers,
Cooling tower and related accessories.
o Responsible to manage and control maintenance tasks with smooth working of
plant.
o Maintaining TDS and PH of cooling tower and Chilled water Chemicals with
calibration of interlock controller and Temperature sensors.
o Overhauling/preventive Maintenance of Motors as per engineering standards.
o Responsible to spearheading a team of 1-Supervisor, 6-Technicians, 2-Plant
Operator and 1-Electrician.
o Maintain the Daily log sheets, Monthly Health reports, Field reports and work
completion reports
o Ensure the work will initiate with all PPEs as per HSE department work permits.
o Responsible to keep an eye on inventory and control flow of spare part
consumption with SSL.
o Responsible to Inspect and maintain the timeline, Q/C as per assigned BOQs.

o To understand the basic principle of Electrical issue in power Plant Maintenance,
experiences of designing and implementing Control circuit for motor (Auto-Star
delta starter, Fwd. and Rws. and speed control using load banks) in Electrical
Maintenance Shop.
o To understand the fundamental principal of Quality testing Electrical Trays, DBs
Insulation Class, Generator synchronizing and Load test Group starter inspection
as per required drawings in Quality Control Department.
o Understand the techniques of wrings in Electrical DBs of Ships, Experiences of
single phase and 3-phase motor connections in Ship Repair shop.
