خلاصہ

My educational background is related to Computer Sciences  (Majored in Technology and Information). This further enhances my abilities to be able to carry out the work that I intend.


I prefer long term working relationship. I am a quick learner, have an analytical type mind and can pick up industry specific tools quite efficiently.


I'm available for further discussions for a specific role.


At present, I'm performing following dutites;


1. Candidate Eligibility Criteria initial scrutiny/ analysis as per advertisement published through SQL.


2. Coordination with Regional Offices regarding Candidate eligibility criteria and any changes required/applied, with the approval of concerned authority.


3. Applying relevant Rejections/ objections on Candidates data on basis of given set of rules/ eligibility criteria and data (Eligible/ Rejected/ Summary) sharing in the form of excel sheet with clients through project coordinators for final approval. After approval, data is being shared with web department to be displayed on web and SMS sending for applicant intimation on the basis of approved/ final data.


4. Solving Queries and Complaints i.e. Name/Father Name/NIC/Center change or other rejections, after data displayed on web.


5. Data sharing with different departments for follow up and necessary changes directed by other concerned departments for verification.


6. Coordination with project coordinators and other departments web, Front Office and manual section for complaints/ query resolution as per SOP’s ensuring quality standards.


7. Requirement/ Data Analysis and criteria checking.


8. Reporting and data Analysis for potential process enhancements.


9. Any other task assigned by reporting manager and assisting him in day to day operations.
