Monitor MEP, O&M works which include Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Firefighting system across the hospital in compliance to the PPMs issued by the client & ensuring all effective report work including all auditory preparation & checklists.
Responds to, and resolves complaints raised by building occupants in a systematic and professional manner with follow up correspondence and manual customer satisfaction surveys.
Review the maintenance routine for each utility and facility system and ensure the routines are sufficiently detailed to maintain the performance of the system based on the equipment supplier recommendations or operational experience.
Review / Identify risks in area according to site risk management procedure, and work out effective action plan to mitigate risks.
Monitor spares inventory, checking upcoming spares and ensures that they’re compliance with the specifications required.
