Operations Management: Responsible for Planning and Execution of daily production plans in compliance with Quality standards, Increasing productivity and yield through lean management and continuous improvement. 
Team Management: Responsible to lead, motivate and train operations team along with floor staff to align on company’s and departmental goals and provide guidelines to achieve them. 
Continuous Improvement: Responsible for continuous improvement of process, leading manufacturing excellence program to improve overall efficiency, Cost, Quality and productivity of process. 
Cost Effective Program: Responsible to lead CEP and contribute in departmental overall saving targets. Manage production budgets, and recommend safe cost and cutting solutions. Optimum utilization of manpower and all other resources in all areas to increase per person efficiency. 
Safety Assurance: Responsible to comply production facility with food safety international standards. Ensure zero food complains in final product and devise preventive controls to eliminate root cause of food safety hazards. Monitoring of IPM activities at plant & documentation. Maintained food handler fitness record.
Quality by Operation: Leading QBO initiative for quality and safety of product, equipment and process. Program is focused on shifting ownership of quality from QA department to Production thereby reducing rework costs and hold / rejection complains. Conduct and Coordinate internal/external audits and 5-S Activities.
SAP S/4 HANNA: Lead in implementation & Go live of SAP S/4 HANNA PP Module. Lineup team and developed procedure for timely declaration of production orders and reconciliation of raw and packaging material at month end.

Engaging Q.A team on all fronts in production process & packing.
Manage man power of quality team officers and inspectors on daily basis.
Preparing Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and Daily Process sheet format as per guideline of WFP and UNICEF.
Conduct Monthly Food Safety Internal Audit and share gaps in the form of PPT during monthly food safety meeting.
Conduct Supplier Audits of Raw Materials
Being active member of food safety team conducted training sessions about HACCP, GMP’s & FSMS for the awareness of machine operators & workers.
Strictly monitor GMP, Hygiene conditions in all 03 plants.
Conducts investigation (RCA) on product quality issues/complaints by applying Fish bone diagram.
Execute and prepare Gap analysis reports for process improvement.

Execute all process related specification and parameters at online inspections and visits.
Develop and ensure specification, parameters, method and related Work instructions are updated and maintained.
Conduct Monthly GMP internal Audit and share gaps with the concern departments.
Conduct Food safety audits of Raw material warehouses to ensure that materials are received & store as per set standards and highlight the gaps to concerns.
Conducts investigation (RCA) on product quality issues/complaints.
Execute and prepare Gap analysis reports for process improvement.
Conduct trials with R&D for new developed products collaboratively and reports making.
Process monitoring and inspection of all processing areas.
Inspection & releasing of semi-finished and finished items in SAP within lead time.
Record monitoring of all QC checks on floor fulfilling the ISO 9001, ISO 22000 requirements.
To conduct sampling, inspection and testing of all incoming raw materials, semi-finished and finished products as per SOP.
Monitor the supplier performance based on inspection results and observations at the time of receiving and during online processes. To prepare supplier performance report and highlights the gaps for improvement.
To verify the fumigation of all raw materials items at incoming stage.
Ensure and monitor the implementation of protocols in all process area i: e Allergen, ETO, Retention samples protocols.
Making reports and releasing on SAP (ERP) of all semi-finished and finished products after complete testing.
Actively participate in BRC Audit and achieved A grade certification in first company audit.

Monitoring the Daily Staff Activities and Reporting.
Ensure that all staff is wearing uniform, safety shoes, ID cards, masks, Hair cover, glove etc.
To verify and maintain traceability of PMS/RMS Material Receiving physically against System TN (transfer note).
To Generate Non-Conforming Product (NCP)/Service Reservation (SR)/ General Material Reservation (GMS) notification in SAP.
To maintain GMP/OHSAS/FSSC 22000/ISO 9001 records.
To maintain and update workers training Record.
New Machine induction and making SOP/Work Instruction.
Ensures good housekeeping and hygienic conditions at the plant.
Ensures that finished products are recorded and stacked properly and all transfers to Warehouse.
Ensure and implement CIPs (cleaning in place) of all the equipment’s after production.
Kaizen and 5S implementation in respective department.
Doing continually improvement in quality of product and reduce cost of manufacturing. Ensuring allocated and designated tasks are carried out in time by strictly following stringent safety, quality, and production norms.
Testing and recording of results of final and intermediate products.
For any reason, to make sure that no out of specification product goes out of the factory.
Make sure that SOPs are followed in all Quality and Production activities.
Involve effective monitoring and reduction of wastage.
Compliance to AIBI-Food Safety.

Verifications and Testing Approvals of new introduced and running fabric samples.
Checking of yarn count, Construction (number of threads per inches), tear & tensile test, Rub and wash fastness test, PH, blend ratio of fabrics.
