M.A Sociology from Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur, Sindh.
Mr. Tanveer Abbas has wide and varied experience in working with multi-donors and multi-sectors program. He has
been involved in development and humanitarian program in Sindh. He has the vast field experience.
He has also expertise in program initiation, planning, designing program, monitoring and evaluation; develop capacity,
information technology by hardware and in software, building program and work under pressure....

Cash Distribution Facilitator
Prepare payment sheets for payment to beneficiaries of unconditional cash grants
Support preparation of MDRs for donor reporting
Verify beneficiaries’ names and signatures and consistency with CNIC for making payments
Disburse the payments to the registered beneficiaries as per schedule and amount indicated in the distribution plan
Actively participate in community mobilization and beneficiary assessment process
Maintain records in hard and soft of all the payments as required and guided by project manager
Submit the requested documentation on daily basis, making sure that it is complete and accurate
Ensure implementation of all donor guidelines with regard to disbursements of payments
Ensures disbursement timetable and informs recipients/beneficiaries through the community leaders and other possible means.
Reporting of issues and their possible solutions to the project coordinator.
Monitor food distribution activities to ensure that it is managed within the timeline provided and as per objectives.
Ensure the safety & security and dignity of the recipients at cash disbursement points while also complying to the COVID-19 protocols.
Taking precautionary measures for properly organized distribution through mob controlling and que formation
Support and assist Project Coordinator in data and reports compilation.
