  Working on ERP system to generate SO (sample order) and generate reports.
 Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

·         Worked under the supervision of Team Leader CPDS Department.
·         Visit Distribution Cell and Markets.
·         Collect data on market competitors and Report them.
·         Work with brand team and take part in launching of 3-layer Rose Patel Toilet Roll.
·         Learnt different modules of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
·         Collect the Data, understand the processes of Different Departments Such as, Supply Chain and Conversion put demand in SAP forth coming order of customer.
·         Coordinate with all Departments to Learn the Processes.
·         Prepared user guides of ERP Modules for these Departments, Narrate the processes with pictorial form, Diagrams, Charts and Tables ETC and make them easy for the beginners to use.
·         Attend the meetings with team Leader and prepare Minutes of Meeting.
·         Maintain the files and Documentation of Office.
