And to support all ACTED projects in District Badin, such as TVET-Technical Vocational Education Training, Adult and Adolescent Education, Emergency Response and Rehabilitation of Water Hand Pumps, and World Food Program. The data of all these projects has to be stored, Compile, and analyzed by Data Entry Clerk.
To ensure regular gathering of data collected by AMEU Team/Enumerators
To ensure accurate and timely entry of data into the database.
To ensure, return hard copies with proper receiving to AMEU Team after entering data at the end of every activity.
Re-verification of entered data as per the plan of activities
To ensure proper filing of data and it’s backup on daily basis at the end of day.
To ensure, read first the questionnaire and correct the mistakes before any entry in the database.
The DEC will be responsible to highlight the missing values before entry and discuss the entry mechanism with senior Database Officer.
Any other activity assigns by the Area Database Officer when required.
