Responsibilities (Executive Supply Chain, Import & Local)
My responsibility is:
* To organize the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
* To maintain a detailed awareness of the marketplace identifying innovation opportunities, potential new suppliers etc.
· Material requirement planning in order to achieve zero line stoppage.
· Letter of Credit (LC) Making.
· To punch purchase orders in SAP software.
· Analyzing & settling the supplier’s quality problem.
· Logistics Handling.
· Price negotiation
· Price comparison
Miscellaneous Work:
a) Maintain all delivery schedules of suppliers.
b) Maintain monthly Purchase budget
c) To check daily, weekly & monthly consumption of all Materials.
d) Reporting to the GM Plant and GM Finance
e) Prepare detail for auditors
f) Check prices from market

Store Management
Responsibilities (Store Management)
My responsibility is:
* To organize the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of purchased items.
* To maintain a detailed awareness of the marketplace identifying innovation opportunities, potential new suppliers etc.
a) Material requirement planning in order to achieve zero line stoppage.
b) Managing daily store operations, receiving, issuance and ensuring correct Stock balances
c) Working on attendance systems as an additional responsibility given by the Management. Keeping the attendance updated.
d) Analyzing & settling the supplier’s quality problem.
