Mughal steel is a well-known and pioneer steel industry in Pakistan. It consists of different mills like Girder mill, Bar mill#1 To Bar mill#4, Power House, 132KV Substation and Induction Furnaces. My responsibility is to supervise the girder mill. Maintenance and operation of switchgears (VFT-12 Meidensha Elect), DCS800 Drives, VFDs, ABB DC motors model DMI315Y, ACBs, 25 Ton Overhead Cranes, Hot and Cold Saws, Soft starters and Conveyers. I\'m working as a Lead Engineer in RCM(Reliability Central Maintenance) department. Useing the preventive maintenance we reduce the annually downtime. My responsibility is to Preparing the downtime analysis reports, calculate the MTTR and MTBF, Five Why analysis, PDA analysis, prepare the preventive Reports, Identity the abnormalities . Prepre the record keeping lists and make ready the spares. Communicate with purchase department regarding purchase requests and inspiration the material received in the store.
