Moreover I have had Sound Experience of Working in Emergencies Operation & Recovery Programs. Acquire basic training in community mobilization, data collection, assessing potential Women eligible for acquiring NICs currently or within one year. Identify targeted women by mobilizing communities to obtain NICs with close coordination of local leaders and key informers and facilitate women in NIC registration. Prepare list of women who are eligible or likely to be eligible over about one year attaining the age of NIC registration and coordinate with NADRA /arrange Mobile Van as and when needed. Keep electronic record with online sharing facility. Share data with WEE authorized personnel to update and process data for NIC registration speedily. Coordinate with other field workers like LHVs, local teachers, Lady Councilors, and local representatives for the purpose of identifying women for NIC registration. Coordinate with Secretary UC to get support for NIC registration under WEE project. Coordination and collaboration with community health care workers, government teachers and CSOs organizing awareness and community mobilization sessions for NICs registration. Work in coordination with database, quality assurance and training team(s) Work in close coordination with DVECs and DEC and NADRA for preparing visit. Develop linkages among ECP, NADRA, local organizations, local governments, and other partners and assist Zonal manager in the process of NIC registration. Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities as part of the project’s social mobilization team under the direct supervision of the SSO and the Project Manager, the incumbent of the post will have the following responsibilities Preparing weekly, monthly and overall DIP under the direct supervision of SSO To identify stakeholders, potential leaders, influential, decision makers/opinion makers in the assigned working area. Assist in developing a social mobilization strategy and spatial planning for donor funded project Introduce Qatar Charity\'s program to the local communities and formation of local WASH Committees. To begin with baseline survey of target communities, and continue to monitor social change and new social information relevant to community empowerment Develop profile of the villages/area To provide community leaders with management skills and knowledge (about CLTS and hygiene) in getting community members interested, organized and motivated To assess the needs and resources required for the sanitation and hygiene promotion in the target areas. To motivate and encourage potential leaders to talk to their fellow community members about unity and self-reliance. Carry out field related project activities on prescribed formats Maintaining good relations with communities, notables and local contact persons to involve them in project activities and seek their support wherever required Coordinate closely with the regular programme’s social mobilization team for timely implementation of the donor funded project. Also to mitigate any duplication or replication of efforts. In collaboration with the CP team the community mobilization officer is expected to develop community mapping tools (to identify Protection Risks and community based mechanisms/services in the targeted areas. * Oversee the community mapping exercise in the communities in an engaging module for the most marginalized and vulnerable children and adolescents in the targeted communities. * Coordinate and communicate with the acting stake holders including local authorities in Salah Edin Governorate and Building the capacity of the community and the other stake holders in community mobilization, behaviour changes, and communication for development. * Support the development of a referral system for children and adults in need of specialized psychosocial services and link them with specialized MHPSS service providers. * Prepare logistics, reporting and analysis of all trainings and workshops. * Prepare plans and budgets for all community mobilization activities and tailoring of virtual trainings in emergency situation when the accessibility to the communities and group sessions are hindered. * Prepare reports with statistical and narrative information on the progress of the community mobilization and the protection programming in the target communities for the supervisor. * Support the development of the CP campaigns and dissemination of advocacy messages through media and one to one. * Work closely with the community in formation of child protection, Community Based Protection Networks committees and parent-teacher associations (activation, capacity building, follow up and regular meetings) * Support the outreach child protection activities and implement sessions to increase community participation through mobile teams of volunteers. * Ensure that communities are regularly involved in all phases of the programming
