• Attend progress meetings with clients, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
• Preparing and presenting all presentation for higher management
• Identification of project variance, resolution of data integrity for management reporting, recommends alternatives for schedule improvements to project team
• Review all contract documentation to assess feasibility of construction, identify any potential areas of difficulty and take note of any variations required in the construction
• Submit site progress reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Preparing the Measurement sheet according to the items in the bill of quantities and submitting same to the quantity surveying team
• Prepare quantity and cost estimates for all civil work components
• Assist in maintaining effective relationships with internal and external clients
• Prepare estimates and proposals
• Evaluate all technical issues of the project
• Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team, including preparation of the Estimate Schedule
