• Manage team of 26 staff member including 2 warehouse officers.
• Warehouse Management - Responsible for stocks receiving, issuance and proper storage

• Timely and accurate communication with other warehouse.
• Damages Recovery Report - daily basis.
• Ensure that all established waste /scrap management & disposal systems are properly implemented.
• HSE Compliance.
• Co-ordinate with warehouse manager to train the staff for proper utilization of Warehouse resources
• Handling IT issues in the warehouse.
• Coordination with all concerned in implementation of EH&S, security and quality standards in handling and storage of stocks.
• To ensure proper segregation of stock & batch wise adjustment.

At ADP, I was working with the team of 2 person. The local Procurement team caters to 55 or more locations of its distribution network in Pakistan. Abudawood initially set up its distribution in Pakistan mainly to render services to Procter and Gamble Pakistan and now with Millac Milk.
Current Responsibilities include:
Key User for SAP for the Purchase Module (Lead purchases role in implementation of SAP )
SPOC for all local market initiatives.
Linking & leveraging various Marketing spend pools across the region.
Compiling spend pool analysis on all suppliers / items.
