Provide full suite of customer service offerings (e.g. product enquiries, shipment status, tracking etc) to all parties contacting TCS via the customer service hotline.
Ensure procedures are strictly adhered to and critical issues are highlighted to the supervisor/team leader for advice.
Offer alternatives to customers and potentially turn information calls into sales leads or identify other additional value added services for customers when opportunities arise during the course of interaction.
Enhance service experience by excercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.
Extensive data management with MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Reporting to management information system.
Monitoring incoming emails and answer or forward as required.
Update and maintain data bases such as mailing list, contact list and client lists.
