 Managing Remote Monitoring System for collecting real time power data from all BTS locations. Ensure real time visibility of power related information on a BTS site including, voltages, battery health, fuel quantity and consumption, grid availability etc. using customized Entity Management System
 Managing network security for technology operations, evaluating risk and mitigation planning. Network theft incidents verification, evaluating FIRs and calculating liquidity damages as a credit note for supplier

 Field Operation Activities for Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of the Access Network in order to achieve and maintain the Network KPIs
 Power Infrastructure management including Commercial and Backup Power
 Vendor and sub-contractor management for CM, PM, Refueling and Major Overhauling
 Site Security management ensuring 24x7 uninterrupted access to the sites
 Vendor Invoice Verifications and approvals
 Spare Inventory Management and assessing the critical spares requirement
 Organizing technical trainings for the staff and contributing in the competence development activities
 Handling customer complaints & calling customer for NPS 360 degree campaign
 Coordination with internal and external regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance to the local regulations
