Providing Leadership role to the team of PMU Missing Specialties of DHQ Hospital- 502 Bedded Teaching Hospital strategic guidance and technical oversight to project activities and reporting and responsible for achieving cost effective, timely, and contractually compliant project results,
1.      Overseeing the activities of current ongoing project for Capital and Revenue Portion of Scheme Titled Provision of Missing Specialties for upgradation of DHQ Hospital to Teaching Hospital Gujranwala-502 beds
a.      Allied Equipment’s and Utilities (CSSD, Hospital Laundry, Medical Gas Pipe Line System, Forensic Department- Mortuary, HVAC System, Firefighting, Nurse call system, Fire Alarms, Power Stations etc.).
b.      Diagnostics and Therapeutic Departments (MRI, CT scan, Mammography, interventional ultrasound, Digital Radiography, Conventional Radiography, Laparoscopy, Endoscopy, Fibro scan, Manometry, OPG etc.).
c.      Accident and Emergency (Bifurcation of Triage, Resuscitation, Medical and Surgical Emergency, Minor Operation Theaters and Septic Theaters etc.). 
d.      Patient Monitoring and Life Support Services (Anesthesia Machines and workstations, Patient Monitors, High Flow devices, Ventilators, Central Monitoring etc.).
e.      Operation Theaters and Treatment areas (Modular Operation Theaters, Procedure Rooms for ortho, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dermatology and Psychiatry, Dental Department etc.).
f.       Furniture and Fixture (Hospital Fowler Beds, Motorized Beds, and other furniture’s etc.).
g.      Pathology Labs (BSL 3 Labs with PCR, LIS for Integration etc.).
h.      Integration Software’s (PACS, HMIS, LIS, RIS etc.).
i.       Hemodialysis (Segregation for +ve and -ve Patients, RO system etc.).
2.      Supervise project team and partner technical staff and consultants. Supervise the Procurement Team for Procurement of Hospital Equipment of Revenue Components as per PPRA Rules.
3.      Oversee effective project reporting, monitoring and evaluation including monthly and annual project progress and performance reports (ADP review at SHC&ME Department).
4.      Assume project direction function in absence of project director.
5.      Part of Team for Preparation for JCI accreditation and ISO 9001:2016 for DHQ Teaching Hospital Gujranwala.
6.      Ensure quality control and timeliness of all deliverables including data quality and in view of value for money principles.
7.      Lead annual, quarterly and monthly implementation planning and progress reviews.
8.      Travel in project area to monitor implementation quality, to identify and resolve operational issues, and to identify and resolve broader coordination and planning issues.
Achievements
1.      Successfully implemented the short time lines for Project Inauguration (OPD is made Functional)
2.      Successfully conducted the Procurements of 716 million during the FY 2020-21.
3.      Successfully conducted the Procurements of 250 million during the FY 2021-22.
4.      Successfully implemented the timelines for Procurement (supplementary grant) and conducted procurement of 1900 million during the FY 2021-22.
5.      Successfully achieved PMC accreditation for DHQ Teaching Hospital (700 bedded) Gujranwala (Team Member).   
6.      502 bedded Hospital was made functional implementing short timelines after successful installation of all the equipment’s.
7.      Member of Comittee for JCI Accredetion of Hospital.

1.      Successfully conducted audits of QMS ISO 9001, QM ISO 13485 & MDD 93/42/EEC, 98/79/EC IVD.2.      Successfully prepared audit reports.3.      Prepared audit packs of each individual client for pear review by UK office.4.      Conducted training on Medical Devices Standards QMS ISO 13485, ISO 7396-1, NHS SSD infection prevention and control and ISO 14644 Clean room and associated environments.
