Shaheen Air and adjust fares after co-ordination with CRC
(Central Reservation Centre).

To resolve queries of cancel / delay flights passengers in co-
ordination with Traffic and CRC Department.
I led the Marketing team in enhancing customer awareness of our
brand to become the first-choice supplier of Oil in the region. The
team ensured the customer satisfaction by regular marketing
activities, awareness campaigns and participation in events held
during festive seasons.
I started in BP in May 2012 as a CSR, with core responsibilities of
addressing day to day queries of customers pertaining to our product line,
managing the smooth operations of the marketing team by providing the
required material according to the Marketing activities taking place.
