Application and Solution Engineer -Lead
• Responsible to gather customer requirements validate them and provide project execution estimates.
• Responsible for Planning, Designing and developing solution applications according to customer requirements.
• Responsible for testing application in local environment before mobilizing to the site.
• Responsible for deploying solution applications on customer sites and thoroughly test the application in the real-time environment.
• Thoroughly involved with sales and proposal teams for technical proposals against customer requirements where mostly we have new requirements to work on.
• Performed R & Ds to propose the solutions.
• Procurement of required hardware and software according to project requirements.
• Interact, Troubleshoot and support to customers in different time zones, escalate unresolved issues to concerned teams for issues resolution and then deploy back the fixes to customers.
• Designed and developed industrial communication driver applications for Modbus serial and Ethernet to fetch data from the field and transmit it to MQTT.
• Trained the junior resources regarding product and processes and lead the resources to execute projects.
• Provide trainings to the customers regarding the solution and product features.

Application Engineer (Intern)
Started in validation Dept. as Intern which validate the product on the Beta Sites by deploying before announcing commercially.
