A Result-driven Training and Development Professional and Event Planner with more than 8 years’ experience in a variety of roles where I have been driven to produce high quality work in the fields of Academics, Training & Development, Hospitality Management, Soft Skills, Personality Development , Human Resources Planning, Placement Services and Marketing Management.
I highly believe that "Diversity Is mY Strength". I have recently been awarded with Certification of M.Phil (18 years of schooling) from HEC and have a Masters in Business Administration-MBA in Human Resource Management & Marketing (bimajors) from IQRA University, Karachi.
I am also a Diploma holder in Hotel Management, Certified Train the Trainer, Hospitality Management & LifeSkills Trainer. This combination and diversity of education allows me to expand my knowledge and provide opportunities for Personal and Professional growth.
Recently I completed working as a Visiting Faculty in Hospitality Department at The Millennium University College ( TMUC ) Karachi and as a HEAD OF ACADEMICS & Senior Trainer Hospitality Management/ SoftSkills/ Food & Beverage Planning at SKIlSTON (National Institute of Culinary Arts and Hotel Management).

-Manage CV Bank, recruitment, shortlisting, hiring and exit interviews, orientation and training of staff and faculty or Campus.

-Complete documentation includes JD and PS for all available jobs.
-Work extensively on Student\'s placement in pakistan and Middle East and follow complete procedure with industry partners etc.
