Responsible as Team lead (Mechanical) of Processing plant area (Primary Processing and Further Product Processing sections).
Responsible for smooth plant operation and minimizing breakdown times.
• Planning for preventive and Schedule Maintenance.
• To look after plant machineries and parts.
• Planning, preparation and execution of Quarterly/Annually Shutdown.
Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems
• Intending and handling of import and local spare parts under supervision of Maintenance Manger.
• Preparing a daily, Weekly and monthly report regarding major jobs.
• Preparation of required documentation for internal and external tools audit.
•Basic monitoring of day-to-day maintenance activity in process plant and maintaining daily log book.
• Successful implementation of SOP for plant process and environment

•Maintenance of Centrifugal Compressors (BCL, MCL) and Receprocating Compressors.
•Maintenance and troubleshooting of Centrifugal pumps, gear pumps and Receprocating pumps.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Globe valve, Gate valve, Rotary valves Diaphragm valve and Non-return valve.
•Maintenance of cooling towers.
• Replacement of all types of Bearings.
•Replacement of Seals like Mechanical seals.
•Troubleshooting of machinery equipment’s for routine maintenance corrective and
predictive maintenance.
•Maintenance & Overhauling of all types of Reduction & Induction Gear boxes.
•Carries out routine & preventive maintenance of machinery according to schedule
checklist & specific equipment’s requirements. This includes Changing Oil, Greasing,
Cleaning Strainer, Filters, and Vibration Data monitoring & all checks of mechanical seal

• Preparation of required documentation for internal and external tools audit.
• Successful implementation of SOP for plant process and environment.
