I know very well about SAP business one and Quick books software. In UHF & Co I work as an assistant manager in accounts department. During my stay there I work on quick books. How to manage accounts, chart of accounts, vendor information, utility accounts, asset accounts expenses etc.
I assist in Timely recording of transactions in General Ledger and various sub-ledgers of the accounting system and legacy systems in Venus group of companies.
Preparation of documents related to banks (Daily deposit Slips, LCs, Payments, cheques etc.).
work on Monthly Bank reconciliations, work on monthly general ledger reconciliations and sub-ledger reconciliations, work on verification of inventory and cash.
I performed fixed assets tagging and support physical verification process. I supported the document management system as per the company policies, i also work on other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor in relation to the functional area, i also work on preparation of Debit Notes / Credit Notes to Customers & Suppliers i also sent statement of accounts to suppliers and customers on demand, i also work on timely data collection and data analysis, i also communicate with internal and external parties for managing daily tasks, i also timely execute the departmental strategic goals through this my efficiency in doing of work enhance.
