1.Sourcing and recruiting volunteers through various techniques.
2.Collecting information on availabilities and skills.
3.Arranging for appropriate training when needed.
I have worked as Volunteer with different Organizations.
1.Worked as "Registration Volunteer" at Pakistan Power and Renewable Energy Investment Conference Islamabad 2016.
2."Fundraising Volunteer" at Ideas Foundation Islamabad.
I’ve been refining my project management skills with volunteer opportunities and side projects with other teams, I’m looking for an opportunity where I can put those abilities to work for a mission I’m passionate about.

My role as (Volunteer Coordinator) was to assessing and meeting an organisation\'s needs through the recruitment, placement and retention of volunteers. I used to manage volunteers and their relationships with those they come into contact with, including employees and service users of an organisation. I also used to monitor, evaluate and accredit volunteers.
