Requisition safety equipment and maintain inventory Initiate required reports and forms associated with medical history of employees including sub contractors and client, Provide operations office with accurate and descriptive paperwork or reports as required. Responsible for correcting and reporting any unsafe condition or act and reporting all observations and corrections. Check on the running operation to perform in a safe manner. Providing the complete information and awareness about the Policies & Procedure according company business management system. Provide technical expertise on safety related matters and also provides all safety protection during well testing. Planning and supervision of the regular inspection and testing of all fixed fire fighting equipment e.g. fire pumps, Fire extinguishers, hoses and fire protection/detection systems and other auxiliary equipment such as SCBA. Evaluations of Risk assessment and job safety analysis. Work permit system. JSA system. Implementation of T-Card system and STOP Card system. Conduction fire drill. Conducting H2S drill.
