Manage and supervise the Electrical and Instruments activities at the site on a day-to-day basis and responsible for the Electrical activity as per plan and schedule.
• Calibration of control valves, PTFL transmitters, I2P converter (Transducer), Gas Chromatography unit DANIAL 700 (Emerson), H2S analyzer &Total Sulphur analyzer (Event & Delmar).
• Hydrocarbon Dew Point and Water Dew Point analyzer (CONDUMUX-II).
• Ensuring engineering procedures and standards for instruments to be implemented in daily plant activities, like PTW, JSA, confined space etc.
• Manage Instrument and Control sections resources (spares) and activities to ensure deliveries are met according to agreed targets in a professional, responsible and cost effective manner.
• Monthly maintenance scheduling for all instruments and controllers installed at Wellhead side, Separator, Amine unit, Refrigeration unit, Instrument air compressor, Feed gas compressor and recycle compressor, condenser, Condensate storage and loading area, LPG storage area, Fire water system etc.
• Vast working knowledge of certain permits such as permit to work under the rule and regulation of ISO 9002 According to the procedure of (HSE).
• Vast working knowledge and experience of schematic electrical drawings.
• Installation and testing of earth pit.
• Trouble shooting and maintenance work on LV, MV, HV MCCs and their controlling circuits and there interlocking.
• Maintain record of newly developed and installed component.
• Will execute jobs through guidance and technical advice of E&I Lead Engineer ensuring conformity to client and company’s regulation with ITT HSE Manual.
• Will be responsible for proper test runs of all machinery according to weekly, monthly and quarterly schedule.
• Will be responisible for execution of all routine, preventive, predictive and shutdown work of E & I in compliance with HSE procedures.
