I am working as an Admin Coordi/Admission officer in FIS administration department. Key responsibilities:
• Providing direct assistance and reporting to the Headmistress.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
• Manage the recruitment process which involves sorting out CVs, scheduling of the interviews and coordinating with them.
• Provide administrative support to all the staff.
• Answering to calls and responding to parent’s emails.
• Sending circulars and maintaining a record of them.
• Guide, counsel and facilitate employees regarding company policies and procedure.
•Source candidates for vacancies using different mediums and channels.
•Daily dealing with parents and students providing all information regarding eligibility, admission procedure, admission formalities, student registration forms, fee structure, discounts, and policies.
