Presently working with M/s. The Times Press (Pvt.) Ltd. (A\' class registered Printers to the Govt. of Pakistan).
Manage / follow-up with company’s existing clients by providing them with satisfactory service.
To build new clientele by bringing printing & packaging business mainly from Banks, MNC’s, Educational Institutions, Publishing Houses, FMCG’s, Government & Semi-Govt. entities, etc.
Prepare monthly marketing reports/analysis for senior management.

*Core Responsibilities:
Preparing and presenting accruals to the management after providing a brief review to financial control unit / department on quarterly basis.
To process billing pertaining to sponsorships, activation, creatives and OOH agencies.
To resolve the issues associated with the invoices and timely releasing of payments as well as maintain MIS of the same.
To manage various vendors, contractual agencies and sponsorship / donation beneficiaries.
Reporting of expenses in financial accounts and to SBP inspection committee on quarterly / yearly basis pertaining to donations and sponsorships
Also worked on special projects as assigned by the management. HBLPSL, Tier2 Airport project, HBLBranch Fascia & ATM Signage Project were some of them.
Preparation of campaign / activity-wise budget through month-wise & quarterly phasing, releasing, monitoring & recording their payments separately and perform reconciliation with agencies & vendors.
To maintain MIS & coordinate with bank’s legal dep\'t on various agreements signed with models, singers, anchors & sports commentators for different promotional campaigns & projects.
To coordinate with Creative, OOH, Activation & Media agencies on various ATL & BTL activities.
Managed overall administration of the dep’t for 8 years in effective manner & laison with other dept’s.
To maintain inventory, ensure necessary tagging of assets and reporting the same in CAPEX.
To process reimbursement of Staff TADA / Travelling / PF Funds withdrawal / Medical Claims & LFA’s.

Identified un-necessary assets and surrendered the same to the centralized asset department.
No penalties were imposed from the last 4 years by State Bank of Pakistan inspection committee.

* Major Responsibilities:
Initially, I had joined HBL – Marketing & Communications Division as an „Officer‟ on Contractual basis in May 2004 reporting to EVP & Director Marketing. I was engaged / responsible to look after matters related to OOH – Branch Branding (Fascia, ATM 1-Link signages, pole signs, branch counter signs etc.) by coordinating with Outdoor agencies. In addition to above, I was also engaged in other activities related to Marketing i.e., represent HBL by taking part in various Exhibitions like ITCN, EXPO, My Karachi etc. Moreover, also coordinate with PR dept by monitoring budget related to Media-Print releases and reporting the same to the management.
