Daily and weekly maintenance of heavy duty Fume extraction system (FES) and Air pollution control (APC) hood.
Maintenance of electric overhead travelling (EOT) cranes (includes Gear boxes, couplings, wheels alignment and collar inspection, pulleys inspection, wire rope inspection and changing, and bearings inspection).
Maintenance of Screw compressors (Wuxi 30 kw, 22 kw), maintenance of Centrifugal pump and predictive maintenance of Cooling towers (Induce Draft).
Establish and maintain monthly accomplishment reports and equipment status reports and prepare spare list and backup spares for every mechanical related equipment.
Trainee Engineer
Carry out routine schedule maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, gear boxes, furnace, cupola etc.
Diagnoses breakdown problem, fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working properly. To analyse root cause ofdefects and also suggest countermeasures.
