Manage Secp Corporate Matters & Annual submission of company Form A, Form 29 Renewal etc.

Managing and overseeing the daily operations of department & Supervising Erp accounting software to analyzing data & produce financial reports or statements.

Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles project economics, planning and budgeting and accounts receivable.

Dealing with Short/Long term loans & arrange finance on Export basis or Property, Stocks Murabaha / Mudarabah Islamic Financing Scheme.

Finalization of Companies Monthly & Annual Financial Statement, Management Accounts, Projected Account, & Audited Accounts.

Manage Bank LC, business position and making proper allocation of

Business to different banks on basis of their utilization, limits and overdraft.

Payments of all LCs and Contracts on maturity.

Manage foreign payment with respect to Forex Exchange currency conversion rate etc.

Coordinate with banks for Debit and Credit advices and verify their proper vouching to system.

Manage Sales Tax Refund, Rebate, Dltl, Drawback & Commission matters of company.

Supervise Internal Audit of company and Arrange External Annual Audit.

Make Arrangement & Payment through Letter of Credit / FTT.

Management of Import & Export Bank Document against Advance, Cad, LC & FTT Payment with respect to Currency Rates.

Fixed Asset Management capitalized in terms of cost.

Preparation of Local & Foreign debtor reconciliation with aging status.

Capitalization, disposal, transfer and insurance of all our Fixed Assets including Land, building, Plant and Machinery and vehicles.

Preparation and management of Costing sheet & Budgeting plan of company.

Check & Verify Company Advance, Imprest / Loan Accounts.

Final Verify internal and external invoices made to our customers on daily basis and manage Account Receivable & Payable Positions.

Managing incoming payments against our debtors, advances received from our debtors, reporting of customer’s month end balances.
