Digital Marketing/ E-Commerce Intern
I have a completed a 6 week Internship at Ahmad Traders for their E Commerce Brand known as Derma Shine.
Derma Shine is a cosmetic and personal care beauty brand.
For the first two weeks i handled their facebook and instagram accounts. I managed their marketing activities for instance designing promotion materials for Eid Ul Fitar 2019. Moreover i have given the idea for their up coming marketing campaign on Gender Inclusion.
I have also worked as a Customer Support Officer. I used to take orders from Instagram and used to maintain the order sheet as well.
Apart from this in the last two weeks of my internship i worked as a Customer Relations Officer. I used to handle the cusotmer complaints regarding the product, late deliveries and problems relating to the logistics.
