I am having a degree of M.com( 1.5 )18 years scheme of study. It was a research-based degree and my research title was A Proposed Framework Developing the Green Balanced Scorecard for the Banking sector of Pakistan. This study explores such a tool that will evaluate the performance of a bank while using green eco-friendly practices that will make sure environmental sustainability. I completed a 1.5-month internship at Meezan Bank Limited. I Completed the Amal career prep fellowship from Amal Academy underfunded by Stanford University. To develop business skills (e.g., communication, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork). As well as one year of experience in Teaching. Attended,3 days entrepreneur workshop at Punjab youth development center, Murree in honor of Peef Scholar. Ability to transform Knowledge into skill. I worked as an intern in different department of banks and got basic knowledge about bank and their services.I handled a number of customer and spread information about cheque books and debit cards. I leaded urban area customers and worked with colleagues in account opening ,cash and clearance.
