Prepare purchase order, plants status report.
Prepare Martials requisition and follow up receiving Martials according to workshop requisition & related site requirement.
Prepare site Martials receipts (SMR) as per delivery note.
Maintain daily materials issue record.
Maintain inventory card.
Issue Martials to our workshop & related site store.
Forecast the requirement of spare parts and take necessary steps to make available in our stock.
 Prepare monthly servicing records of all vehicles.
Updating monthly reports send to plant manager also finance manager.
Full responsibility for the documents and filling of the time and store office.
 Review stock of supplied regularly and concerned when item needs replenishment.
Getting quotation from suppliers on best possible price from various vendors and dealer for equipment parts.
Handling warehouse for spare parts and servicing of vehicles.
Handling petty cash for department.
 Follow up time sheet of workshop staff and submitting to accounts department on time.
Co-ordinate with all operators and drivers and solve their problems and issue.
Co-ordinate with mechanic and technician and instruct them when breakdown is found.
