Worked with institute of public health and social sciences (Iph&SS)  as a field supervisor in the project titled \" Gender based violence readiness and response assessment of health facilities in Khyber pakhtunkhwa province\". I worked in the four districts of KP including Swat, Burner, Shangla and kohistan upper and lower. I worked to supervise, monitor and evaluate the data collectors assigned to the above mentioned districts , conducts Focus Group Discussions ( FGD\'s) with the community women regarding the Gender based violences (GBV)  and the available services within the community as well as on the government level. I also carried out In depth interviews with the managerial staff of the hospital to know about the available GBV services in the hospital . 

I worked with the Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) as a field supervisor in the project titled \"Khyber pakhtunkhwa service delivery indicator survey: Health\". The project was funded by Asian development bank in collobration with the office of research innovation and commercialization, Khyber Medical University. 
My responsibilities during the project included Data collection from different HMIS websites, monitor and evaluate the data collecters and tp manage and resolve their issues as a team leader.

Worked as internee / resident optometrist at the out patient department of opthalmalogy at Hayatabad medical complex Peshawar. M duties there included examination of patients specially children with squints and amblyopia, contact lense assessment and fitting, low vision assessment and refraction.
