Professional experience
My professional experience comprises of four and half years in the social and development sector in Baluchistan, Pakistan. I have worked with Chip Training and Consultancy as Union Counsel Officer, Union Counsel Delivery and Operations Officer, Union Counsel Communication Officer for 3 years in district Killah Abdullah. (Chip Training and Consultancy delivers and runs the project funded by UNICEF.
All these 3 years professional experience is purely based on monitoring, evaluation and surveillance of the PEI (Polio eradication initiative) across the district which is the most vulnerable area in the context of Polio virus transmission.
Another 15 months of the professional experience I have is again based on field activities like monitoring, data collection, social mobilization, conducting focus group discussions, surveillance, project management and etc across the district.

* Riz consulting with the help of Rayn project tries to implement the Geographic Coverage support system (GCSS) initiative in district Killah Abdullah and Chaman. Each Polio team is given a mobile with internet and GCSS mobile app which generates pings while team is in field work. These pings are then uploaded to the server.
Five UC\'s are assigned to me, their management of mobiles phones, morning and evening reports, spot checks each and every issue on field comes under my supervision.
The main purpose of this activity was to identify missed areas. To be more specific, to identify those areas which are missed by polio workers one way or the other.

Door to door mobilization for the upcoming project which was purely based on cash and food. Islamic Relief Pakistan launched a project in which they were distributing cash and food to the most deprived people of the district.
Our task was to form village development committees and also to identify vulnerable populations.
