<div><p>Attitude of the investors play very important role, when publicly available informationchanges and government adopt new policy or abolished previous policy. Investment of investor inCompanies effect company’s performance directly and indirectly. Companies differ in theirinformation sensitivity and risk, based on information understanding, investor feel flexible inresponding risk. Purpose of the study is to develop the relationship between investor attitudes withinvestor market understanding. Market environment effects market rapidly that change the marketdynamic quickly. Researcher has collected the data from the investor with questionnaire.Questionnaire is divided into three parts market understanding, market environment and attitudeof the investor. Researcher have conducted the quantitative type of study. Primary data was usedto analysis the data. Test were applied in SPSS. Researcher have used the convenience samplingtechnique to collect the data from the sample. In the research population is the individual investorwho are investing in the Pakistan stock exchange. Different types of test applied in the study whichincludes: Reliability test, frequency analysis KMO test and the regression analysis. Outcome ofthe study express that not only the independent variable and its dimensions have positivesignificant relation with the (DI) investor attitude but also the moderating effects have a significantrelation. This study contributes in the field of behavioral finance with the effects of environmentalfactors. This research will provide guideline to new investor how to invest in market profitably aswell as to the government officials for policy making.
