My job responsibilities as Fleet Officer are:
· Bookkeeping of cross verified Fuel Invoices and Vehicle Repair and Maintenance bills provided by drivers and transporters.
· Preparation of Consolidated weekly reports of fuel consumption and maintenance cost accrued by transporters job wise.
· Processing of transporter’s request for vehicle repair and payments for rented vehicles after scrutiny of required documentation and supporting backup.
· Coordination with Transporters for arrangement of trucks, containers, loaders and warehouse when needed.
· Coordination with shipping lines to keep track of consignments.
· Preparation of daily vehicle dispatch report and proof of deliveries.
