Preparation of Monthly Financial Accounts for management and extracting
the Profit and loss report (FSG Report) from (Oracle R-12).

Involved in the preparation of Financial Statements for Semi-Annually &
Quarterly reviews and Annual Statutory Audit.

Liaison with External Audit team during Annual Statutory Audit and Semi-
Annually reviews.

Account Receivable Reconciliations & Bank Reconciliations.

Reviewing the funds (Bank) transfer vouchers and validating the transactions in the system (Oracle R-12)

Posting all the Journal Vouchers (JVs) in the system (Oracle R-12)

Conduct of statutory audits, internal audits and designing the system of internal
controls;

Quality control review of audit working paper files, planning and development of work methodology and work programs;

Assessment, review, and verification of all heads of accounts to ensure compliance in each area in accordance with International Accounting Standards and International Auditing Standards;

Based on the performance of tests of controls and substantive procedures, highlighting the issues and preparation of other deliverables.

Handling the requirements of deduction under Income Tax and Service Tax Laws as per Statutory Compliance / Regulations.

Submission of Sales Tax Returns and Withholding Tax Returns

Working on Tax Exemption Certificates u/s 148, 153 and under Second Schedule

Preparation of case regarding Appeal at Appellate Court related to different tax matters.

Compliance regarding Sale Tax and Income Tax Audit.
