• Overall Responsible for the Planning, Implementation, content, reporting and oversight of all Outreach related
activities in close collaboration with Hospital Management Team

• Supervise the team of 5 Outreach Worker(community mobilizer) including Hospital Health Promoter

• Plan Outreach Activities in designated area (BHUs, Refugee Camps, Hospitals)

• Develop initiatives for Outreach activities according to Objectives of Need

• Help Identify new areas of intervention, supervise Need assessment, creation of new IEC Material, assess, develop and
adapt them according to the needs of the project

• Organize, Schedule, Coordinate and plan Outreach activities on monthly basis

• Coordinates Communication between BHUs and community Focal points and MSF Hospital Management Team in
order to Improve referrals of complicated cases

• Networking :
• Establish and Maintain contacts with partners, including others NGOs, community leader s, and governmental health
services to plan and conduct outreach activities

• Epidemiological Surveillance :

• Responsible for coordinating, and reporting communicable diseases related projects intervention at field level.

• Carry out key epidemiological activities in outbreak investigation, and advise on the operational response to Maintain
a surveillance system to monitor epidemiological trends of relevant outbreak-prone diseases

• Gathers data from the surveillance area and shares it with Coordination

•Strengthening integrated communicable disease including intussusception surveillance, Sentinel surveillance for IBD (Invasive Bacterial Diseases), Rotavirus diseases and surveillance, AEFI surveillance and monitoring surveillance indicators

•implement assessment and epidemiological surveillance systems/monitoring (if needed) according to MSF protocols in order to contribute to appropriate evidence-based decision making using well managed health data in outbreak and emergency MSF programs

•Carry out key epidemiological activities in outbreak investigation, and advise on the operational response to Maintain a surveillance system to monitor epidemiological trends of relevant outbreak-prone diseases

•Prepare written reports on progress and findings for medical coordinator/MedRef and active liaison with external networks (MoH, other NGOs in Implement initial Assessment (for emergency situation), rapid health assessment and (baseline or follow-up) surveys:

•Assists the Medical Activity manager in in capacity building of the project staff and community health workers

•Review progress of the Leishmaniasis project and conduct comprehensiv

Archiving the patients files properly and in a close cupboard.
• Analyzing the Follow up system and database and proposing improvements if necessary.
• Updating the data base daily and submitting it weekly to Medco and monthly to Hospital Manager, PC and administrative manager.
Monthly activity report to Base Doctor written or verbal to analyse work load and suggest proposals for improvement and also inform about difficulties faced.
• Participation to Weekly Meetings

• Ensure the Maintenance of Medicines and Medical equipments Stock and Storage as per Merlin guide
• Keep and Maintain the Daily Pharmacy Register.
• Prepare and Keep daily, weekly and monthly Consumption Documents
• Maintain the Stock Register and the minimum stock level of Medicines as per need
• Provide regular updates of Medical stock, drug consumption and Monthly request to the Pharmacy Supervisor/Main Pharmacy
• Provide feedback to the Main Pharmacy about Drug Management Expiry Dates, stock and Monthly Supply of the Health facility.
• Ensure Quality Control of Medicine & Medical Equipment in the Facility
• Provide health Promotion training to the Community during Drug dispensing
• Fulfill any other tasks as assigned by Medical Supervisor/Main Pharmacy
