Job Description
- Provide proactive consultation and interpretation of complex financial and operational matters to various department leaders to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business decision.
- Managing Accounting and Finance operations at the plant. Further it includes daily accounts on production basis and monthly sale-based accounts on actual basis.
- Calculation of Yarn stocks of Three Spinning Units on Monthly basis.
- Weekly Calculation of Cost per Spindle of all Three Spinning Units and present in weekly meeting of Executive management.
- Implementation of best practices in the Financial and Management Reporting by checking product and process costing.
- Analysis of production variances.
- Carrying out periodic physical stock count of stocks and stores.
- Periodic Review of Fixed and Variables Overheads applied and advise management on major variances.
- Analyze the working capital requirements and check variations.
- Verification of Salary, Final Settlement, Leave Encashment & Rental payment of hostels and Godowns on monthly basis.
- Ensure the availability of funds to meet the operational needs.
- Monitor and recommend improvements in the internal controls and compliance of corporate policies at the plant

Job Description
- Monthly Accounts of Spinning Unit and group level consolidated Accounts.
- Coordination with External Auditor’s
- Coordination with ERP(Exeller) Implementation Team’s
- Pre audit of payments.
- Post audit on end of each Quarter.
- Review Monthly closings including reconcile the modules with G.L
- Ratio analysis and branch wise performance report
- Reconcile banks, Parking Cash ledgers and Inter-Branch balances
- Booking of Import purchase and reconcile with L.C report
- Follow up of long outstanding security deposits, Earnest money and Retention Money.
- Review of withholding rates of Income Tax & Sales Tax before Payments to ensure compliance of tax Laws.
- Timely payments of Income tax Withholdings u/s 149 (Salary) and u/s 153 (1)
- (Goods/ Services).
- Responsible for Filling of Monthly Sales tax Return in provinces (PRA+SRB+KPKRB) and Review the Sales Tax Return in FBR.
- Responsible for Quarterly Advance tax Return U/s 147.
- Responsible for Quarterly Withholding Statement U/s 165(1).
- Co-ordination with Tax Consultant (Softax (pvt) Ltd) for calculation of Annual Income Tax Return of the Company.
