Managing and handling of Telephone Exchange.
To convey messages accurately to and from all concerned Staff.
Record of all out going NWD and Overseas telephone calls.
Charging of all telephone calls according to bills in telephone billing software.
Handling of all incoming and out-going mails.
Maintaining record of all incoming and out-going mails.
Guiding visitors and maintaining the Visitor’ book.
Managing out of office activities book.
Calling vendors directly regarding complaints in the performance of Telephone Exchange / Fax machine and certification of complaints.
Update daily activities and leave status on display board.
Being Member of Monthly Meeting Committee, to organize monthly meeting, collect all agenda discussion points form program staff and prepare agenda of meeting.
