Working on development of a new Agri value chain for the small-holder farmers of Pakistan through industry first private sector led initiatives i.e. crop specific lending programme and collective buying of input through digital channels. The role involves designing end to end solution for Banks (MFIs and Commercial Banks) and Agri input companies to serve the small-holder farmers which includes conducing primary (field based research insights) and secondary research, devising entry strategy & setting up collaboration amongst value chain actors for designing scalable products.
Collaborating with different commercial and microfinance banks to be part of this digital agri value chain, shifting the conventional model to branch-less banking channels for the entire agri value chain.
