Submission of Monthly recruitment reports to HO, i.e. Joiners and leaver’s reports, Vacant Positions reports, approved and existing Head Count report.
To address the employee grievances effectively and advise management with cost effective solutions to minimize them.
To Handle the entire Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Grievances and Payroll process of Karachi and Faisalabad Stores.

Leading the entire Recruitment, HR Operations and Payroll of Abbott contractual staff and Temporary Workers (Karachi Plants, Head Office and upcountry Distribution depots i.e Islamabad, Lahore and Multan).
Carryout all day to day HR operations (Schedule Interviews, Pre-Employment Medical Investigations, appointments, attendance and leave management, transfers, grievance handling and final settlements).
Create employee profiles of all contractual staff and temporary workers in MsExcel as well as in SAP Field Glass Entry and Exit.
To Verify overtime working hours of staff and workers.
To process employee Monthly Payroll, Overtime, Loan, Spot/Cash Awards and Final Settlements through MsExcel and submit to HRSI Finance for timely disbursement.
To Prepare and submit Payroll invoices to Abbott Finance for verification and cheque issuance.
To Manage medical insurance for all staff.
Reports to HRBC and Associate HR Business Partner in assisting employment process and other employee realted queries.
To handle and supervise any accident / emergency within the Factory area, look after hospital issues and follow up on related investigation.
Prepare monthly HC report of hiring activity and share it with Abbott HR.
Frequent travelling to Abbott both Plants for employee related queries and HRSI Head Office.
Assists with employment process (e.g. Screening, sorting resumes, and short-listing candidates scheduling interviews, etc.) for the purpose of meeting staffing requirements.
Maintain recruitment database to track and manage candidate’s profiles, interviews and assessments.
