List of refund cases and verifying all the paid installments of allottees from ledger every month.
Physical verification of challans & verify each challan from MIS with the bank statement and also sequencing of the challans according to the MIS on daily basis.
Advance from allottees ledger correction & rectification from MIS provided by Banks.
Cash flow Analysis monthly & quarterly.
Verification of entries from software then preparing payment vouchers file every month.
