Undersigned is working as Incharge Purchase –Ravi Chemical Complex (RCC), Kala Shah Kaku, Lahore, Pakistan, reporting to MD-RCC and performed following assignments:-
·         Managed the purchasing of scientific/technical materials, equipment and services, from initiation to post-award administration for RCC’s requirements to ensure that those requirements are met in cost effective, technically acceptable and efficient manner as per organizational SOPs.
·         Successfully settled all audit Paras raised by internal/external Audit teams, QA Audits teams and Performance Audit-2018 teams.
·         Reviewed the technical specifications for the purchasing materials, equipment and services to ensure that all Quality Assurance, HSE, Engineering and end user requirements are included;
·          Prepared/reviewed accurate tender documents and ensured adherence to tender process;
·          Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contracted obligations to clarify contract requirements and assist in conflict resolution;
·         Ensured delivery of materials, equipment and service with required quality on time;
·         Resolved/Managed the vendor/contractor grievances and conflicts;
·         Ensured competitive & lowest possible rates of goods & services without compromising on quality;
·         Followed all the payments within agreed time frame to keep good market relationship;
·         Maintained all the files and record up to date with indexing for tracking;
·         Maintained and update list of suppliers and their evaluation.
